Kick ICT Group has announced the appointment of Steven Brown as its new Chief Executive Officer. Steven will formally take up the role on Monday, 2 February 2026.

Steven brings extensive senior leadership experience from across the technology sector, having held leadership roles at both UK and international organisations, including Telefónica Tech, Incremental Group and Redspire Ltd. Across these organisations, he has built and led high-performing teams, supported customer-led growth strategies, and delivered sustained growth in complex, fast-moving technology environments.

He brings 15 years of expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem, alongside a broad and well-rounded background spanning technology delivery, strategy, operations, customer service and sales.

Steven’s appointment follows the planned retirement of Kick ICT’s founding Chief Executive Officer, Tom O’Hara, and supports the Group’s continued focus on growth and long-term value creation, whilst ensuring its people remain at its core.
