Kick Payroll for Dynamics is our new payroll offering for Business Central. This software has been developed as an extension based App for Business Central SaaS, it's HMRC approved, and is available in the AppSource App store.
The functionality you can expect from Payroll for Dynamics
Automated Setup with flexible configuration
Set up default values and thresholds, including current tax year, levy allowance tax bands, NI thresholds and rates, statutory payment rates, student loan rates, and more.
Payroll Role Centre
Customised payroll role and role centre have been created to allow a Payroll centric management page with appropriate actions and cue tiles, e.g showing employees by pay frequency, FPS submissions, HMRC notifications, etc.
Employees
Full personal data recording with GDPR classifications. Full history of all additions, deductions and payments, and analysis by dimensions.
PAYE
PAYE Functionality for recording Scottish, Welsh and the rest of the UK tax bands and calculating tax contributions. NI functionality for setting NI earning limits, rates and calculating NI contributions.
Statutory Payments
Functionality to add statutory payments, including sick pay, maternity pay, parental bereavement pay for employees and calculate payments.
Real Time Information (RTI)
Ability to submit to HMRC RTI, including FPS and EPS. Functionality to download HMRC notifications and automatically apply them.
