Steven Brown
CEO
Steven brings 15 years of senior leadership across the technology sector, including Telefónica Tech, Incremental Group and Redspire Ltd, with deep Microsoft ecosystem expertise. His appointment supports Kick's continued growth and long-term value creation, with its people at the core.
Jo Cook
Chief Operating Officer
Jo brings a strong track record in technology and digital transformation, including senior roles at Telefónica Tech and Incremental, and almost seven years as Head of Delivery at SmartImpact. She brings clear leadership, strong purpose and a genuine commitment to the people she works with.
Andrew McDonald
Chief Financial Officer
Andrew joined Kick in 2023, leading financial strategy, reporting and commercial governance across the Group's four divisions. He previously spent 13 years at iomart Group plc, the AIM-listed cloud and managed services provider, latterly as Company Secretary. Today he works closely with the leadership team on growth strategy and the Group's ongoing acquisition programme.
Richard Abrams
Group CTO
Richard joined Kick's Group Board following almost four years on the Operational Board, latterly as CTO for Tech and Comms. Before Kick, he co-founded and led Consilium, a managed services provider, for over 25 years until its acquisition by the Group in 2022. Richard now leads technology strategy, governance and architecture across the Group, and helps shape our AI journey.
Lee Donaldson
Non Executive Director
Lee is an Investment Director at LDC and serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Kick. Based in Scotland, Lee works with ambitious management teams to support growth through strategic investment, acquisitions and long-term value creation. Lee has more than 20 years’ experience across private equity, corporate finance and banking, and is part of LDC’s specialist ICT sector team.
