In this webinar, Kick will show how Business Central manages inventory from purchase to sale, with every movement posted through to the ledger. We will also look at how our stock and inventory processes can be automated.

• Stock, warehousing and the link to finance. Every receipt, shipment and adjustment is posted diectly in Business Central and updates inventory value in the general ledger. We will show locations, bins, warehouse receipts and picks, and item tracking by lot or serial number. 

• Agents, automation and the supply chain. Business Central can suggest what to buy and when, based on demand and reorder rules. We will show the planning and requisition worksheets, the Sales Order Agent handling incoming customer requests, and Copilot helping with item setup. This means less manual chasing and fewer stock-outs.

• E-commerce, EDI and Shopify. Orders from online channels and trading partners can flow straight into Business Central. We will show the built-in Shopify connector syncing products, stock levels, orders and payments. We will also explain how EDI works with larger customers and suppliers, so orders arrive without anyone keying them in.
