The Role


As a Project Administrator, you’ll play an influential role in our newly formed Project
Team. You will provide outstanding levels of administrative support to our application
services teams as well as a central point of reference for the coordination and schedule
of projects. The focus of the project administrator is on efficient service delivery. Whilst
the role is based from our head office in Bellshill, it is expected that from time-to-time
you may be asked to visit client sites for meetings. The expectation is that you will be
self-motivated and able to learn at a high level our application product stack in our
portfolio so that you can talk knowledgeably to clients and colleagues alike.


In this role you’ll be responsible for:

▪ Schedule and manage all ad hoc consultancy for the application divisions
▪ Ensure all consultant diaries are up-to-date and accurate at all times
▪ Ensure consultant schedules are reconciled with project plans on a regular basis
commensurate with the size and nature of the project
▪ Communicate lead times internally as well as to customers and ensure
consultant utilisation is optimised whilst balancing this with the needs of the
▪ Assist with the collation of consultancy/utilisation figures for weekly/monthly
internal reporting
▪ Assist with the preparation and distribution of standard project documentation
▪ Keep the outstanding order book report up-to-date and accurate
▪ Assist with creation of Teams/PQIS schedules/UAT portal for applications projects
▪ Assist with the generation of weekly project reporting and project status reports
▪ Assist with all admin supporting functions across the business as required

▪ Self-motivated and a keen eye for detail
▪ Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office and Excel
▪ Excellent numeracy skills

▪ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
