The Kickabout: July

We’re delighted to launch our first Kick-about monthly blog, onto your screens. We’ll use this to give you a snapshot of what’s happening here at Kick ICT HQ each month and to point you in the direction of helpful solutions that should make a difference to your organisation.

60 second takeaway

1.Our first ever annual report is now available by contacting us, reflecting on  how our business has evolved over the last 12 months.  We’re hoping it gives all our customers a deeper level of insight into how we’ll continue to work with you to support your organisation in the coming months and years.

2. Are your finance applications secure and delivering you accurate, reliable and accessible information (and making your life as easy as possible!?)  We’ve got access to loads of solutions that can help, check out our webinar series where Kick’s finance application and ERP experts Paul Sutherland, Chris Oggelsby and George Strathie share their views on a range of solutions.

3. Disaster recovery is a hot topic just now as businesses consider how they’ve reacted to the covid-19 pandemic and how they’ll plan for future incidents, large or small. We’re continually working with our partners to update our disaster recovery offerings, with StorageCraft’s cloud solution now available, check out our DR landing page for more details.

Your feedback counts

We’ve recently launched our customer satisfaction programme as we look to capture your feedback and make sure we’re meeting expectations.  We’ll collate and share this data in upcoming newsletters, in the meantime here’s our favourite comments from the last month:
