Latest Customer Update on Coronavirus

In light of the latest UK and devolved governments’ Covid-19 announcements we wanted to take a moment to ensure we are clear with our customers on the latest measures we’ve taken to ensure the continuity of the services and products we supply .

Our current position is consistent with our previous communication back in April with our offices remaining temporarily closed. However, despite the office closures it is very pleasing to note that our continuity measures are proving effective and robust, ensuring that Kick employees are working from home on a “business as usual” status with no disruption to the service and support you’ve come to expect.

Here’s a reminder of how we are operating:

  • Our phone system is horizon client enabled on all laptops and all staff working remotely are contactable by direct dial, via the standard reception phone number, 01698 844 600 or by email as appropriate
  • We are modern workplace “Teams enabled” so please contact us as normal to request any remote meetings
  • The Help Desk team can be contacted as normal on 0345 034 9600 and your support call will be logged and actioned as normal. You can also log calls via  our usual support email support@kickict.co.uk or customer portal and again these will be actioned as normal..
  • For user support our collaboration tools will facilitate business as usual remote dial in and screen sharing capability where needed
  • Our project management and consultancy teams will work directly with customers to assess the impact on project plans and associated expected project completion dates
  • Our product team will monitor and advise all relevant staff with the status of hardware and software supply

The indications from all governments is that lockdown measures are starting to ease albeit at different speeds. Accordingly, we have commenced our ‘back to the office’ planning process. In common with many of you we are now navigating our way through a myriad of considerations from hygiene to seating arrangements, one way systems and childcare as we lookto ensure the safety and health of our team, our customers and everyone who visits our offices. In line with government guidelines our return will be phased and we will keep you up to date on our progress.
